The series starts with university student Wayu (Poom Phuripan Sapsangsawat). Working in a night club both to study and to support his family, he unintentionally has to become a “host.” The romance and BL theme in the series start at this point as well. I must say that I loved this intersection.
While Wayu tries to look after his family, when his sister runs away from home leaving her child behind, he has to look after his nephew as well. When the customer he serves as a “host” makes inappropriate demands, he tries to escape from the hotel room. He gets subjected to a bit of violence. Meanwhile, commissioner (Up Poompat Iam-samang) Krit, who will win his heart, organizes a raid on the apartment. Thus, the duo gets to meet.
Events take place in the night club named “Silom.” The employees working here are all sincere with each other. Their bonds of friendship are solid and they are supportive of one another. Krit starts a work to catch the crime organization members and their leaders enjoying themselves in Silom. For this, the help of both the night club and Wayu will be required.

A love will start between Wayu and Krit. On the other hand, Krit, working jointly with Wayu for the crimes committed, will draw much closer to each other. Krit, who hides being gay from his father and his family, also comes to the end of the road with his fake girlfriend. His father will begin to force Krit to marry. Since his father would definitely not accept his being gay, Krit leaves this problem unresolved. His father is someone boasting over his son’s achievements as a police director who thinks of himself.

Drama Review and Commentary
First of all, it needs to be said that the night club scenes in the series are very good. Especially it is clearly out there that the dances and dance figures were worked upon a lot. Again, the detective fiction is not very good, but compared to a BL series, it felt quite good to me. Especially the encounter of the two, the bond established between them, psychological depth, and social and family deadlocks are the elements making the series high-quality in my opinion. The tight connection of the employees in the night club with each other in the series is truly very good. However, the night club environment could have been a bit closer to reality like this. It is not like in a youth and university series starting chirpy all of a sudden.
The point I focused upon in the series is the attitude of the oppressive father who thinks of his own title and who would not accept Krit’s sexual orientation. Krit has to hide his sexual identity through a fake girlfriend. This also causes him to be an insecure, introverted person. The former lover Pete also appears on the stage all of a sudden. Including the former lover into the series felt very cliché to me. It would be fine even if it wasn’t there.
When the love of the duo becomes certain, every path leads to Silom during the investigation. When the former employee and their friends are also killed by the gang, the detective story will accelerate. Right at this time, his father will see Krit and Wayu kissing and the night club footages.
There is not only romance in the series. There are also universal themes such as internal conflicts, life struggle, acceptance of sexual orientations, and trust. In this respect, the drama possesses a deeper script.
