Thai officials have decided to do their best not to get involved in the war and not to take sides. Among the diplomatic delegation is Rati, who was born in Thailand and later went to France as an adoptee. He will come with his diplomat father, Latin.
He is to return to France again after a two-week visit. During this time, Rati meets Lord Theerathon, who will hide his identity from him. Thee, who is having quite a hard time with the rumors of him being gay, will make a difficult choice.
